Trade Partner Prequalification
To support a more streamlined and transparent onboarding experience, Pahlisch Commercial has partnered with COMPASS to manage subcontractor prequalification through one secure platform.
All trade partners are required to complete prequalification through COMPASS to be considered for project opportunities.
This platform helps create alignment, accountability, and readiness across every project we build together.
Information Submission Requirements
Trade partners will submit qualification information annually through COMPASS. The following documentation will be requested:
- W-9
- Project References
- Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300 / 300A Forms
- Financial Statements
- Banking, Bonding, and Insurance Information
What is COMPASS?
COMPASS is a secure, web-based application that allows subcontractors to efficiently manage prequalification requirements across multiple general contractors through a single standardized form.
If you are already registered with COMPASS, no additional registration is required.

Trade partners shall at a minimum follow all federal, state, and local Environmental Health and Safety rules and regulations. In addition, Trade Partners shall also follow all Pahlisch Commercial job site rules as stated in this video.
